Affiliate to Helan health insurance fund

As an Ukrainian refugee you can affiliate to Helan health insurance fund. With your affiliation to a compulsory health insurance you will be protected against medical expenses and you will be able to apply for a reimbursement of medical expenses incurred at the doctor, the hospital or for medicines.

Submit the required documents 

  • Certificate of temporary protection
  • And/or an annex of registration

  • Scan the completed document and upload it.
  • Do not close this page until the document is fully uploaded.

If possible, please also submit

  • A copy of your identity card or passport
  • A bank account number where the reimbursements can be paid into

Grootte: max. 5 MB per file and 20 MB in total. 
File type: only .doc, .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg or .png.
