Accessibility statement other platforms

Compliance status

Our digital platforms already partially comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. We recognise that there is still room for improvement and are working continuously on improving accessibility. We strive to ensure that we are fully compliant with the guidelines as soon as possible.

Non-accessible content

In spite of our efforts, the following components are not yet fully accessible:

  • Not all icons and images have a relevant alternative text.
  • Not all videos have subtitles and an audio description.
  • Some animations and videos are automatically played. There is not always a pause button available.
  • Not all form fields have autocomplete functions that make it possible to automatically fill in a form in the browser.
  • Aria-labels are not always correctly used, which means it's not always clear what an element is for.
  • Some PDF files do not meet the accessibility requirements.
  • Maps are not fully navigable with the keyboard.
  • The cookie banner is not easy to navigate with the keyboard.
  • Not all text and elements have sufficient contrast.
  • Sometimes colour is used as the only way to communicate information.
  • The order of titles and subtitles is not always logical.
  • Not all link texts are specific and relevant.
  • My Helan app is not yet available in landscape mode.

Causes of non-compliance

These shortcomings are due to the technical limitations and scale of the existing material. We strive to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
