Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund only offers additional insurance from VMOB MLOZ Insurance. And that comes with some official wording, too.

Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund, no. 411.696.011, is entered as a tied insurance agent in the register of tied insurance agents kept by the Control Office for the Health Insurance Funds (CDZ) and the National Unions of Health Insurance Funds (Sterrenkundelaan 1, 1210 Brussels), by a decision of 23 November 2011, for offering sickness insurance within the meaning of class 2 of Annex 1 to the Royal Decree of 22 February 1991 laying down general regulations on the supervision of insurance companies, as well as for covering, on an ancillary basis, the risks forming part of the assistance referred to in class 18 of Annex 1 to the aforementioned Royal Decree, under code number CDZ 5006c, with registered office at Boomsesteenweg 5, 2610 Wilrijk.

Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund only offers the hospitalisation and dental insurance products of the Mutual Insurance Company (VMOB) MLOZ Insurance, with registered office at Lenniksebaan 788 A, 1070 Brussels (RPR Brussels), no. 422.189.629, and authorised by the CDZ under code 750/01.

Our health insurance fund carries out activities within classes 2 and 18.

VMOB MLOZ Insurance has laid down a conflict of interest policy as required by law. Sometimes the interests of an insurance customer conflict with the interests of an insurance agent, the organisation itself, an employee, or another customer.

VMOB MLOZ Insurance has worked out a clear plan of action so that any conflicts of interest are addressed quickly and clearly.
