Once you’ve completed the application form, your request is added to our database. From there, we guide you through the next steps, one by one:

You’ll receive an email with one or more suggested options, which you can confirm by phone or email. You’ll sign the contract before the first cleaning session.

We’ll keep you updated by email. As soon as a household helper becomes available in your area, we’ll get back in touch.

Has the contract been signed before the first cleaning session? Then your household help can get started. In the Helan Household Help app, you can easily keep track of the schedule, services and hours.

Depending on a few factors, you may receive a proposal from Helan Household Help within three working days:

Match found? Then you’ll receive a proposal. Once you’ve confirmed and signed the contract, we’ll schedule your first cleaning session.

Please note: the contract must be signed before the first cleaning session. Without a signed contract, we can’t get started.

At Helan, you decide how you’d like to use your household help. You can choose fixed days with the same household helper, or a flexible arrangement where you book help now and then.

  • Fixed schedule: your household helper comes at least twice a month and you’ll always have the same person. That way, you build trust and know exactly what to expect.
  • Flexible schedule: you book a household helper occasionally, without fixed days. In the Helan Household Help app, you simply choose when you need support. As there’s no fixed schedule, a different household helper may come each time.
