Moet de huishoudhulp een minimumaantal dagen langskomen?

Bij Helan bepaal jij zelf hoe je jouw huishoudhulp inzet. Je kan kiezen voor vaste dagen met een vaste poetshulp of een flexibel schema waarbij je af en toe poetshulp inhuurt. Vast schema: de poetshulp komt minstens twee keer per maand en je krijgt altijd dezelfde poetshulp. Zo bouw je een vertrouwensband op en weet je wat je kan verwachten. Flexibel schema: je doet af en toe beroep op een huishoudhulp, zonder vaste dagen. Via de Helan Huishoudapp kies je zelf wanneer je die hulp wilt. Aangezien je geen vaste planning hebt, komt er telkens een andere poetshulp langs.

How long does it take for a household helper to start after I’ve submitted my application?

Depending on a few factors, you may receive a proposal from Helan Household Help within three working days:

Your preferences: The more flexible you are about the days and times you’d like help, the sooner we can suggest someone.
Your area: In some regions, things move very quickly. In others, it may take a little longer. Check here which municipalities have shorter waiting times and where availability may be more limited.

Match found? Then you’ll receive a proposal. Once you’ve confirmed and signed the contract, we’ll schedule your first cleaning session.

Does the household helper need to come for a minimum number of days?

At Helan, you decide how you’d like to use your household help. You can choose fixed days with the same household helper, or a flexible arrangement where you book help now and then.

Fixed schedule: your household helper comes at least twice a month and you’ll always have the same person. That way, you build trust and know exactly what to expect.
Flexible schedule: you book a household helper occasionally, without fixed days. In the Helan Household Help app, you simply choose when you need support. As there’s no fixed schedule, a different household helper may come each time.
