Good to Know
Certificates of provided care and the certificate of incapacity for work must not be sent to us via email, not even via registered email. Your health insurance fund is required to process the original documents.
How does it work?
Open the email from Connect Solutions in your inbox and click on the link to access the locked attachment.
You can do this with your eID or Itsme on the Digiconnect website. If your first and last name match exactly with those in your health insurance file, you can download the message.
Download the attachment. You can choose whether to print it or save it afterwards.
Send a Registered Email Yourself?
Do you want to send a registered letter to Helan Health Insurance? You can now also do this digitally via the platform Digiconnect by Connect Solutions. It's very practical and cheap: a registered email costs €0.97. For the paper version, you pay at least €5.
