Which tasks are included in a cleaner’s task list?
A cleaner can do a lot, but not every task can simply be carried out. Some tasks are unsafe, legally prohibited or harmful to health. Helan has listed them clearly for you, so you know exactly which tasks you can ask your cleaner to take on.
Which tasks is a cleaner allowed to carry out?

Please note: your household helper may only carry out the following tasks in the private part of your home, and not in a professional setting such as a doctor’s practice.
Which tasks is a cleaner not allowed to carry out?
These tasks are unsafe, harmful to health or legally prohibited. This helps prevent physical strain for our household helpers and ensures you can continue to rely on an extra pair of hands.

No, you are not allowed to have your Helan cleaner work at someone else’s home. The rules around service vouchers are very strict:
- Your cleaner is linked to your home address.
- Your cleaner is insured to work at your location only.
If you do this anyway and an accident happens, neither you nor your cleaner will be insured. In addition, both the customer and the cleaner may face sanctions.
We take some of the work off your hands.
