What contributions do you have to pay?
As a member of Helan Health Insurance Fund, you pay a legally required health insurance contribution. This entitles you to a wide range of services, reimbursements and benefits.
You pay the mandatory annual contribution for the Flemish Social Protection to Helan Care Fund. Thanks to this care premium, people in need of care can benefit from various allowances within the Flemish social protection system.
Are you additionally insured through Helan with hospitalization insurance or dental insurance? These contributions are paid per person, for the entire family.

Pay by direct debit
Make things easy for yourself, choose certainty and pay your Helan invoice by direct debit. With a direct debit, you give us permission to automatically collect the contributions at a fixed time each month.
This method of payment is 100% secure. Moreover, you can be sure that everything is paid on time and correctly.
Pay by bank transfer
At Helan, it is possible to pay your invoice by bank transfer. Always use the structured communication, so you can continue to enjoy all our benefits and services.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an annual invoice for the health insurance contribution and for the care premium for the Flemish Social Protection.
You will receive the invoice for your hospitalization insurance and dental insurance every 3 months.
