Moving into your first place or a new home for the whole family? You don’t need to notify your health insurance fund of your change of address. When you report your move to the local council, the Crossroads Bank automatically informs us.

Update your address in My Helan
In principle, you don’t need to inform Helan Health Insurance of your change of address. However, it’s best to share your new address if you are unfit for work or if you prefer us to have your updated details straight away — for example, to quickly order new address labels.
Go to My Helan. Under “My profile”, you can update your address.
We will update your file and send new address labels to your new address. You will receive them within 10 working days.

Moving abroad can affect your health insurance file. Your adviser will explain which steps you need to take to stay properly insured. It’s best to book an appointment.
