Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund works with itsme, the free app that does away with your long list of login details and protects your personal data as effectively as possible.

Logging in to My Helan with itsme

From now on, you log in to My Helan, your online health insurance fund from Helan Health Insurance Fund, entirely securely with itsme. Thanks to the app, you decide for yourself which data you share.

With itsme®, your identity details are linked to a code of your own choosing, your SIM card and your smartphone.
When you log in with itsme®, we know for certain that it is really you.
No more puzzling over login details: log in to various online applications with the same itsme® code.
itsme® makes sure that you only pass on the details that are strictly necessary and that they are not used without your consent.
itsme® complies with the European rules on electronic identification and with the European GDPR privacy regulation.
You log in with itsme® using the QR code. It is quick and easy. Logging in with your mobile number is no longer possible. Do you already have the itsme® app on your device? Then nothing changes for you.

Important

To log in smoothly with itsme, you need to use the default browser that came with your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc.). On iOS this is Safari, on Android it is Google Chrome.

Getting started with itsme®

Download the app.

Download the itsme® app from the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Install the app.

Have your bank card or your eID with PIN code, a card reader, and your mobile phone with the itsme® app to hand.

Go to My Helan.

Follow the steps as described by itsme®, and log in to My Helan.
