My Helan

• On the login page, scroll down and click on ‘Create an account’.
• Enter your customer number or national registration number.

• Both numbers can be found on your identification sticker.

• Choose a username and password.

• Enter your contact details, if necessary.

• Activate your account by email or SMS.

• If you choose email, you will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click on this link to activate your account.
• If you choose SMS, don’t close the screen in order to enter the code you will receive by SMS.
• Click on ‘Create an account’.

• You can log in at any time with your self-chosen username and password, itsme or a passkey (fingerprint, facial recognition or a secured key).
