Download a certificate of incapacity for work

In the left-hand menu, select ‘Incapacity for work and benefits’.
Select ‘Request a certificate of incapacity for work or disability’.
Select the type of certificate you need.

Select the option ‘Certificate of incapacity for work showing payments for a specific period’, then enter the period, up to a maximum of 2 years.

Then click on ‘Download certificate’.
