- On the home page, click on ‘Create overview of reimbursements’.

- On the home page, click on ‘Show me everything’ under the ‘My reimbursements’ section.
- Click on ‘Create overview of reimbursements’.

- Indicate for whom you want to create an overview.
- Choose the period you want for your reimbursement overview.
- If necessary, choose to sort by date of care or by date of reimbursement.

- If necessary, you can also filter by name of healthcare provider.
- Type in the name of the healthcare provider, it will appear automatically. Otherwise, leave the checkmark ‘All healthcare providers’ on.
- For which insurance do you need an overview? Choose an option or keep all options on.
- Then click on ‘Show overview’.

- The ‘Additional filters’ allow you to choose for which insurance and which healthcare provider(s) you want to create an overview.
- Select the insurance(s) you want to include and confirm by closing the selection box by clicking the up arrow. All insurances are marked as checked by default.
- Select the healthcare provider(s) you want to include and confirm by closing the selection box by clicking the up arrow. All healthcare providers are marked as checked by default.

- Your overview is ready, showing all reimbursements for your chosen period, healthcare provider and insurance.
- Select the reimbursements you want to download or simply keep everything, this way you have a complete overview.

- Then click on ‘Download PDF’. You will find a pdf version of your reimbursement overview in your downloads.

- Then click on ‘Download’.
- You will get an overview you can download, or you can modify your selection.
- Click on ‘Download’ and you will see various options to save or send your overview.
