Hoe ondersteunen we jouw onthaalouder?
Onze onthaalouders worden continu begeleid zodat ze jouw kind de best mogelijke opvang kunnen garanderen. Dat doen we via onze teamleiders kinderopvang bij Helan. Binnen jouw regio zien zij toe op, en zorgen zij voor een efficiënt reilen en zeilen in de werking bij de onthaalouder.
De teamleider kinderopvang van Helan zorgt zo voor:
- Een vlotte doorstroom van alle communicatie die de kwaliteit van de opvang nog kan verbeteren.
- Algemene coaching in het pedagogisch handelen en functioneren van de onthaalouders.
- Individuele coaching waarbij het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van elk kind in de opvang met de verantwoordelijke wordt opgevolgd.
- De implementatie van nieuwe methoden en inzichten die het welzijn van je kind verhogen.
Local Collaboration for Childminders
The managers at Helan Childcare provide childminders with the opportunity to exchange experiences through neighborhood activities and training sessions. They also ensure that childminders can provide backup for each other’s childcare during vacations and/or other absences.
Training, Coaching, and Evaluation.
We pay attention to the experiences and the world of our childminders and provide each childminder with tailored support while monitoring the quality of care.
We provide personal guidance and training for our childminders through home visits. We also organize training sessions tailored to the needs and interests of the childminders. Additionally, an individual evaluation session takes place annually.
Our neighborhood activities ensure that childminders can exchange experiences with each other, stay informed about current topics, and are challenged to grow in their job.
Supervision by Kind en Gezin (Agency for Growing Up) and Helan Childcare
Both the Helan responsible person and an employee from Kind en Gezin (Agency for Growing Up) regularly visit your childminder unannounced. This way, we are completely sure of a safe and stimulating environment for your child. And you can sleep soundly.
