Heeft u een afspraak met de adviserende arts? Hiervoor kan u terecht op afspraak in kantoor Noordlaan 39, 8800 Roeselare. IN DE ZOMERVAKANTIE is ons kantoor GESLOTEN: maandag 20 juli en dinsdag 21 juli. Tijdens de volgende periodes werken wij enkel op AFSPRAAK: maandag 13 tot en met vrijdag 17 juli, alsook maandag 27 tot en met vrijdag 31 juli.
