Share your health data with care providers
By sharing your medical data digitally, you give doctors faster access to information that can sometimes be vital. You also avoid duplicate, unnecessary and sometimes expensive examinations, and a lot of paperwork. This video guides you smoothly through the process.
2 ways to give consent
Giving care providers consent to access your health data is easy. Afterwards, you decide for yourself which care providers may consult your data.
Go to Mijngezondheid and log in. You do this with your electronic identity card and your PIN, or you log in via itsme. From the home page, click through to 'Consent' and indicate what may be visible to which care providers.
Ask your Helan customer advisor, GP, pharmacist or hospital administrative staff to register your consent using your national register number.
