Request a reimbursement via Hospitalia

  • On the homepage, click on ‘Request a reimbursement’.
  • Then choose ‘Request reimbursement of Hospitalia’.
  • Indicate for whom you want to request a reimbursement.
  • Then choose ‘Hospitalia’.
  • Choose your reimbursement type from the list and click ‘select’.
  • Indicate for whom you want to request a reimbursement.
  • Confirm your choice.
  • Enter the date of hospitalisation or the invoice date.
  • Then upload the document or a photo.
  • When you are ready, click on ‘Apply for reimbursement’.
  • Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail confirming your request, and another when the reimbursement has been approved.
