After-school care for children with a disability
You can drop your child with a disability off at the after-school childcare centre with complete peace of mind, where they can play, explore and relax. We’ll provide an additional reimbursement.
€2.50 per day
Helan health insurance fund reimburses €2.50 per day per child for a maximum of 100 days per calendar year.
Send the organisation's invoice to Helan.
- Digitally: with the My Helan app (mobile) or via My Helan (desktop).
- By post to Helan Independent Health Insurance fund, Boomsesteenweg 5 in 2610 Wilrijk, including a white adhesive sticker. Or drop it in a Helan mailbox in your area.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account.
- You are in order with your health insurance contributions.
- For children with a disability recognized by VAPH, COCOF or AWIPH who cannot attend mainstream education.
- The care takes place in a multifunctional facility recognized by VAPH, COCOF, AWIPH or Iriscare.
