Manage access to your Helan account

My Helan

  • Make sure that the person to whom you want to grant or request access also has a My Helan account.
  • If that person does not yet have an account, it must be created first.
  • In the menu on the left, go to ‘Health insurance’.
  • Select ‘My profile’ at the top.
  • Select the ‘Manage accesses’ tab.
  • On this page you get an overview of all people who have given you access to their file, of the people who have access to your file, and of those to whom you can request or give access.
  • You can also grant access to your file to a Helan client who is not part of your family, but only if you know that person’s national registration number.
