• On the login page, enter your user name and click next.
• Click on ‘Forgot password’.
• Enter your user name and click next.

• Did you also forget your user name? Then click on ‘Forgot user name and password’.

• In the next step, choose how you want to receive instructions on how to set your new password.

• By email (email address is partially displayed)
• By SMS (phone number is partially shown)

• Then follow the instructions you received through the channel of your choice (email or SMS).
• Did you also forget your user name?

• Enter your customer number or your national registration number.
• You will receive further instructions by email or SMS.
