Want to track your health with a medical app? You can count on a reimbursement for every app approved or prescribed by MHealthBELGIUM.
Up to €20 per medical app
Helan Health Insurance provides a reimbursement of up to 20 euros per medical appointment per year.
Download the reimbursement form.
Download the form medical apps and have it filled out by your treating doctor.
If the app is recognized by mHealth Belgium, you only need to fill in the client's details.
Send the completed form to Helan.
Submit the completed reimbursement form to us, along with a copy of the invoice or proof of payment:
- Digitally: using the Helan app or via My Helan. An adhesive stamp is not required, we identify your document through your login.
- By mail to Helan Health Insurance, Boomsesteenweg 5, 2610 Wilrijk, with a white adhesive stamp. Or drop it in a Helan mailbox in your area.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account.
- You are up to date with your health insurance contribution.
- The medical app is recognized by mHealthBELGIUM, or has been prescribed by your treating doctor.
- Only for medical apps that promote prevention or rehabilitation.
