A €25 reimbursement for wellness, (baby) spa or steam room
Helan Health Insurance Fund reimburses 25 euros per calendar year. The wellness benefit can also be used at a baby spa, a wellness experience for babies from two weeks after birth.

Download the reimbursement form for wellness and have it completed by the wellness centre.
Or ask the wellness centre for an invoice.
The invoice must include:
- the type of wellness treatment the invoice relates to
- the date of the treatment
- the name of the institution
- the name of the beneficiary
Send the form or invoice to Helan.
- Digitally: via the My Helan App or via My Helan Web. No adhesive stamp is required; we identify your document through your login.
- By post to Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund, Boomsesteenweg 5 in 2610 Wilrijk, with a white adhesive stamp. Or drop it in a Helan mailbox near you.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account.
- You are up to date with your health insurance contributions.
- In the case of a baby spa, your child is also registered with Helan.
- Only for visits to saunas, thermal baths, infrared cabins, steam rooms, a spa resort, or baby spa. Not valid for (baby) massages.
- The reimbursement applies to wellness in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg.
