These statutes apply from 1 January 2026. Amendments and deletions in the text are subject to approval by the Control Office for Health Insurance Funds.

Good to know
If you do not pay your health insurance contribution for the supplementary insurance, this can have serious consequences. This especially applies to those who have already failed to pay for 24 months or more since 2021. Find out everything about the consequences of non-payment.

Approved by the Control Office for Health Insurance Funds
The statutes of the health insurance funds are first submitted to the Control Office for Health Insurance Funds (CDZ). In addition to approving the statutes, the CDZ also carries out other supervisory tasks for health insurance funds on behalf of the legislator.
