Rent equipment with a 50% discount
As a customer of Helan Health Insurance Fund, you can rent medical equipment such as a wheelchair, hospital bed, or exercise bike with a 50% discount. We also apply reduced service costs for our customers.

Order the equipment.
- By phone: call T. 02 218 22 22 to order your loan equipment. The Helan Healthcare Shop lending service is available from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Online: request your loan equipment online via the application form.
Arrange for the equipment to be collected.
No longer need the borrowed equipment? We will pick it up at your home again. Fill in this form to arrange the collection.
- Your health insurance fund contribution is up to date.
- The 50% discount applies to the entire range of the lending service, except for:
- Breast pumps: here, a 30% discount applies.
- Personal alarm systems: a discount applies only for customers who are entitled to increased reimbursement.
