You get €25 reimbursed per year for your participation in a sporting event.
Download the form and have it filled out.
Download the reimbursement form sports event registration and have it completed by the organization of the sporting event. Or use the organizer’s proof of payment.
Send the completed form to Helan. Don't forget to include your adhesive stamp.
- Digitally: via the My Helan app (mobile) or through My Helan (desktop).
- By post to Helan Independent Health Insurance Fund, Boomsesteenweg 5 in 2610 Wilrijk, including a white sticker. Or deposit it in a Helan mailbox near you.
We will transfer the amount to your bank account.
- You are up to date with your health insurance fund contribution.
- For sporting events in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg that require registration and for which you pay a registration fee.
- You are a customer of Helan Health Insurance Fund on the day of the event.
